First things first

Booking & travel

Reach out with your date and venue — I'll tell you honestly what's possible.

There's no strict cutoff — reach out and I'll let you know what's available. I've taken weddings the same week when my schedule allowed.
Yes — throughout Southern California, and beyond for destination weddings. Travel is billed at $1.70 per mile round trip from the studio; destination travel is quoted with your collection.
Yes — bridesmaids, mothers, flower girls and junior bridesmaids. A three-person minimum applies to wedding bookings, waived for bookings made within one month of the wedding.
Yes, upon request. Trusted assistant stylists — independent professionals — can join larger bridal parties or tighter timelines with advance notice.Item description

BEFORE THE DAY

A trial is the moment we get your look exactly right — not required, but always recommended.

Yes — highly recommended, though not required. Trials are $165, include a clear gloss and blowdry, and take place at my salon suite. Anywhere from one to six months before the wedding works beautifully.
Absolutely — I prefer working with them, and clip-in rentals are available so you don't have to buy your own.
Clean and completely dry, unless we've discussed otherwise.
Yes, with one honest note: natural curl patterns aren't my specialty, so please give me a heads-up if that applies to anyone in your party.

THE DAY ITSELF

Timing, touch-ups and how long each look takes.

Yes — I build the morning timeline around your first-look and ceremony times, usually finalized about 1–2 weeks before the wedding.
About 60–75 minutes for the bride, and 35–45 minutes per bridal party member.
Yes — I stay on site for the last 15–20 minutes of the ceremony or photos. Extended stays are quoted by timeline and location.

THE FINE PRINT

Retainer and cancellation terms below are pending Zac's final confirmation.

A non-refundable 20% retainer reserves your wedding date. Your date isn’t secured until the retainer is received and the agreement is signed.
Cancellations made more than 60 days before the wedding may be refunded for payments beyond the non-refundable retainer. Cancellations within 60 days of the wedding are non-refundable.
Let me know as soon as you can and I'll gladly try to reschedule — availability for a new date can't be guaranteed.
Unless otherwise requested, I reserve the right to photograph and share my work for portfolio, website and social media. Your privacy is always respected — I'm happy to discuss any concerns ahead of the day.
